Auto Growth Pilot provides a suite of AI-powered tools for entrepreneurs, including but not limited to screenshot generation, product visualization, and marketing asset creation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
You may need to create an account to access certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing interval (monthly or annual) are presented at checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.
You retain ownership of any content you upload, generate, or create using the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant Auto Growth Pilot a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to your User Content and that its use does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
If the Service provides AI-generated outputs, you are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them in production, advertising, or other contexts. We do not guarantee that outputs will be error-free, non-infringing, or legally compliant for your specific use case.
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not:
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Auto Growth Pilot and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall Auto Growth Pilot, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auto Growth Pilot’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to Auto Growth Pilot for the Service during the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTO GROWTH PILOT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free outputs, or that any AI-generated content will be accurate, compliant, or suitable for your specific needs. You are responsible for how you use outputs.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Auto Growth Pilot and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your User Content, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any law or third-party rights.
Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve disputes informally by contacting support@autogrowthpilot.com.
Except where prohibited by law, you agree that any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, excluding its conflict of laws rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer protections that cannot be waived under applicable law.
